Double Arch

One last stop. Double Arch. My personal favorite. We just finished our hike to Delicate Arch, blistered heels because of my socks so I swapped for my Chaco’s. The walk to Double Arch from the parking lot is about the length of a football field and even though it’s easily accessible, there were only a few people climbing around under the arch. It was quiet, the sun getting lower on the horizon causing the rocks to glow deeper red and I found myself wanting to find a rock, lie down and stay forever. Double Arch is massive and magical and it just seems to speak to me. Maybe that sounds a little crazy but I just find myself completely at peace under these massive arches.
